Surrogate Family Care was founded by Dr. Premal Jani and Jinesh Jani with a single belief: that every patient deserves high-quality clinical care delivered with compassion — wherever they call home.
As a physician, Dr. Premal Jani understands firsthand the difference between care that is merely adequate and care that truly transforms a patient's experience. Jinesh Jani brings the operational and business expertise to build systems that make exceptional care scalable, consistent, and accessible.
Together, they created Surrogate Family Care to bridge the gap between hospital-level clinical expertise and the comfort and dignity of home.
